Your existence! What is worth it?

Is the life you’re currently living, it?

This is not about judging your current life but more about revealing it. It is so easy to get caught up in the normal that we lose sight. Even so much that when we ask ourselves what do we want?

we respond usually with a thing to do or a goal to achieve that is normally attached to our current desires.

Problem with that is, the things we want change. So to pursue something with all this energy to arrive and want something else makes you wonder. After enough of these experiences the bigger questions become more relevant.

One question that holds importance is, what is worth not just your life but a far bigger idea your existence!

The difference between the two are what they may mean to us. Our “life” we tend to see it as who we are, or want to be, and the things we do

Our existence is far above that. it goes beyond just us into the belief that if God put me here and my time is limited, is what I am doing and the life that I am experiencing on a normal everyday bases truly “it”. closer to the idea of purpose.

The people, places and things in our lives, now begin to hold and carry a weight that is so much more dense. We move from just being busy with our to do lists and our accomplishments to connecting on a deeper level. A level that is worth our very existence. A level that our Creator becomes excited as it resonates with purpose

You can go back to just living your normal life. There is nothing wrong with that, but looking inside yourself, connecting with God and begin living your very life in a way that becomes worth your existence will bring a new level of meaning to your life and existence.

It still begs the question! how do we live in such a way

The Pain of Lost

Welcome to life, the human experience!

Things come and go in our lives, so do people. It’s a funny thing how we determine and give value to the things we do. What we choose to hold on to and what we choose to let go.

We spend too much time trying to understand or fix things, that we tend lose the very gift of the experience. Things are always changing and with every change there is a new experience. Experiences at its core are our very gift in this life. Yes, some may be undesirable but even they have their value

Lost is inevitable, weather it be separation, death, change or any other reason. This is part of the cycle. There is a scripture that says “For everything there is a time” (Ecclesiastes 3)

The pain we feel usually comes when, we for our reason try to determine and decide when that time should or shouldn’t be. We tend to be so near sighted that we focus on us, our lost, how this affects me or mine. ≥we even create stories and perspective realities so vivid in our imagination that it bleeds into our reality seeming so real.

Understand that lost is never truly lost. True, we do not get back exactly what we had, but with faith and vision, we can see how order prevails. Like in the natural world, there is always with death, a birth. as the leaves fall in the Fall, they regrow again in the spring.

Our lives are no different. Voids will be filled, love will be found, relationships restored or replaced, and new birth follows death.. Love like energy will be transferred but never lost.

How do we arrive to the place where we can embrace the pain that we so desperately want to rid ourselves of. First we must start with Love. With love in your heart, you can begin to accept, appreciate, and respect what is. Respecting life’s choice and knowing all things work together for our good. Peace subsides in our heart.

Much of our pain comes from our memories and our projected future desires. That is why it is important to not only monitor our thoughts but put our focus and attention on that which is and what we currently have. Enjoy the gifts of the experiences we have had and new ones will fill our lives.

Remember that all of our emotions play their part and are amazing in their own way. Embrace them to truly experience the flavor of life.

What's your Worship, Connecting with your Creator

Hands raised, tears flowing, emotionally exhilarated.  Is that it? Does that qualify your devotion?

I am writing this because I was asked, what makes me different!  What makes LIFESPIRED different than any other brand that is talking about positivity and a better life.

I DON'T KNOW! I am not trying to be different, I am not trying to be the same.  I am not trying to be or do anything other than me.  This is my worship and my devotion to my Creator to be honest.  I have been blessed to have had experienced the best life has to offer.

I've been to different Continents, countries, islands, and states.  Had some of the most exotic and great tasting foods, to include what would be taboo to me.  Horse, Jellyfish, Frog, snake and much more.  (No judgment)

I have some of the greatest human beings in my life.  From family, friends and others that play a part in this life of mine.

Things I have done and the experiences I have had from snorkeling in Culebra, yoga in Hawaii, market shopping in Tunisia, apple picking in NY, conversing over a meal, The list is endless. What does this have to do with worship and you?

Life keeps getting better.  Why? because I know how to appreciate its gifts, know what to look for in it, and how to see it differently than most people.

I am 100% sure that you, even in your struggles have had been blessed to have had some amazing experiences that go well beyond, food and places.

Even after having experienced all of those things, we still stand here naked before the Creator,  what is left? just to have more, more of these fleeting experiences?  For me I am left with the words I heard when I was 20 years old after my prayer to God.

Me-"God, I love you so much, How do I show you and prove it to you, being that you are invisible and without form

Creator-" Love my Creation as you would Me, what you do to them you do to me" This is how you show me your love.

I am not perfect, but most things I do or try to do in my life are not for you or myself,  It is my act of worship, my devotion to my Creator.  My hands may not be raised before you, but my heart is!  you may not hear a sermon out my mouth but let my actions speak louder.

When I tell you great day, you are amazing, or I love you.  You can live your dreams, win the day, or I believe in you.  These are sacraments that I share with you and my Creator.  Because I know how much God loves you and myself.  I truly desire to reflect that love in this hazy mirror.

I am for raising your hands or lifting up your voice or standing in quiet.  Whatever you do that is your Worship, It is yours :)  This post is a part of my worship.  LIFESPIRED is not a name, It is an embodiment of the passion I have to inspire you to live your best life and to live your worship.

Connect with your Creator in way that goes beyond what you.  In a way that reflects who you are and everything you do will be your act of worship. Find and live your worship.   If you are stuck, I can assure what I heard years ago was not just for me. Love thy neighbor.   GOD BLESS YOU!   LIVE!!!

Have you ever had too many options and as a result got stressed and chose nothing?

Growing up in Brooklyn NY as a kid, the corner store was the place where every person from the neighborhood wanted to hang out. WHY? Food, Drinks, and everything else you can think of.

When you were hungry and wanted to get something to eat, you would go ask for a "ham and cheese sandwich" and that is what you got. Italian bread, whatever ham and cheese they had, and you enjoyed it with your crew. you walked away feeling good.

Fast forward many years later, with many advances in society and many things to make life better, we find ourselves in a conundrum. Go and ask for a sandwich now, and you get "what kind of bread, what kind of ham and cheese", (the flavor, the brand, the color, the thickness, the age, and the endless list of options). you walk away tired, stressed and concerned if you made the best choice about your Sandwich.

I am guilty of overthinking things in my life as I am sure you are at times also. That overthinking has cost me many years of taking action, Wondering if I'm making the best choice. A lot of times, too many options and overthinking, wanting things to be perfect, hinders progress. The lack of action is what stops us from reaching or even starting on our goals

On this path toward being Inspired To Live, "LIFESPIRED" taking action is key. We will learn, grow, get better and re-adjust. Don't lose out by wanting things to be perfect in order to start. Start, and keep working at it. IT WILL GET BETTER :) This fearless action is a major key to achieving success.
